Background

About Ivana Ivanovic

My experience has been shaped by roles that sit at the intersection of coordination, program support, and internal collaboration. The focus has often been on work that requires structure, follow-through, and communication across departments, especially where funding agreements, internal processes, and reporting come together. Work has involved collaboration across departments including Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Engagement, with attention to process consistency and information flow. Comfortable navigating organizational systems and timelines and supporting communication that reaches both internal teams and community partners. Strengths include the ability to support structured work environments through steady coordination and follow-through, and a precise approach to documentation and process tracking, with attention to consistency and alignment across teams. Contributions have included improvements to tracking tools, reporting processes, and the internal handling of funding-related activities.
