About Ivana Neff

I am passionate about delivering excellence and innovation in HR processes and systems. I have a strong background in leading and managing global initiatives, stakeholder engagement, business process improvement and their automation through HR technology. As the Head of Business Excellence HR at The Adecco Group, I was responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of HR operational excellence and technology across the organization. I was part of the global HR Operations and Transformation leadership team, and we successfully enabled our local and regional SSC and HR colleagues to support our employees and managers through designing, optimizing and improving processes and systems to achieve efficiency, effectiveness and high quality service. In my previous role as the HR Operational Excellence Lead, I focused on the global deployment of HR strategic initiatives in the areas of HR processes, HR Master Data and HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors HXM). I leveraged my skills in stakeholder management, change management, and project management to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of the initiatives. I partnered closely with the group IT and various teams, and external partners to identify and resolve issues, optimize processes, and enhance user experience. I am a Birkman Certified Consultant, and I use the Birkman Method to support the development and performance of individuals and teams.
