my name is eng.Ivaylo Dochev I was born in the city of Ruse (Bulgaria) on 30.06.1979.G i graduated as an industrial engineer As you can see, I am a senior ship supervisor, specializing in the overall management of shipbuilding, docking and general repairs of ships, with more than 20 years of experience in this field. I have also worked supervizor and head foreman on offshore projects, diesel power plants, and oil refineries (OIL Neftochim in project processing of heavy residues).I have built almost all types of sea vessels. ships, aircraft carriers, yachts, submarines. I have participated as a manager in various industrial projects and constructions.I manage both people and junior management staff. I speak several languages fluently. My career started from the lowest rung and I reached the highest positions in the management of people and projects.I am ready to be helpful both in management and in staff training. I know about the processes, drawings, and safety rules during work.I am well aware of the quality, control, and management standards for people, resources, and materials.
