About Iveta Koralska

Multifaceted HR Manager with deep expertise in German co-determination, labour relations, and employment law – with a strong background in the commercial vehicle and equipment industry. As the sole HR Manager for over 140 employees in Germany and Austria at Hiab, a global leader in on-road load handling solutions, I oversee the full spectrum of HR topics. This includes managing complex restructuring programs in close alignment with works councils and legal frameworks. A core part of my role involves building strong, trust-based relationships with works councils, negotiating works agreements, and implementing initiatives in line with the German Works Constitution Act (BetrVG). With a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and a strong understanding of operational needs, I align HR practices with both business goals and employee expectations, while fostering a performance-driven and employee engagement–oriented culture. As a member of the local management team, I act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, with a particular focus on legal compliance, employee relations, and co-determination.
