Hello, I'm Ivete, and thank you for showing interest in my profile. I've been working in Human Resources since 2015, and I learn something new every day. I consider myself a curious professional, always ready to support others. I have strong communication skills and easily build relationships with stakeholders both inside and outside the company. On a personal level, I combine sports and theatre as tools for a balanced life and continuous learning. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in various environments — from small businesses to national companies and multinationals — and across different sectors such as healthcare, printing, and metallurgy, among others. I intend to continue working in Human Resources, as it’s something I’m truly passionate about. I’m eager to grow professionally and embrace new challenges. Currently, I’m embracing a new international challenge at Tilray as an HR Business Partner. My focus is on supporting strategic HR initiatives across different regions, fostering employee engagement, and contributing to the company’s global growth and visibility.
