As S & OP Planning Director with creative, sustainability-focused, and innovation-driven global food packaging manufacturer LBP Manufacturing, we deliver custom solutions to complex problems. Forming close-knit relationships with suppliers and customers, LBP develops ownable innovation for our performance-driven clamshells, coffee sleeves, paper double walled cups, catering coffee boxes, UpShot filters (single serve beverage filters), and more. Architects designing specific solutions to cumbersome and complex problems, each project is an opportunity to push the envelope and draw on a new canvas. Not to mention, with a global manufacturing footprint, LBP serves clients’ international needs, quickly transferring technology, and delivering a single global product standard. From my early days running Client Services—which included Print Production, Project Management, and Graphic Design services, I built a deep understanding of client needs and relationships. Within Business Development, I worked closely with Dunkin' Brands and Starbucks to identify opportunities to streamline existing products and introduce innovative solutions. As Director of Strategic Sourcing, I built relationships with the suppliers who not only provide the raw material for LBP's products but deliver new innovations to transform food packaging. As Director of S & OP Planning, I will bring Sales and Operations together to deliver goods on time and in full to our clients. At the core, LBP is creating innovative food packaging that not only enhances the customers' brand but delivers competitive advantages.
