About Ivette Naron

With a Master's degree in Theology and Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Spanish from Houston Christian University (formerly known as Houston Baptist University), I have a unique combination of skills and knowledge that enable me to effectively partner with churches, Christian schools, nonprofits, and values-based businesses. As the Director of Business Operations at Vanderbloemen, I help Christian organizations find, build, and retain their best team through solution-based services like executive search, succession, staff, and diversity consulting, and staff management & development tools. In my current role, I work with a diverse and talented team of consultants, recruiters, and support staff to deliver high-quality and customized solutions for our clients. I leverage my skills in leadership development, volunteer management, and nonprofit organizational management to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and create and implement strategies that align with their vision and mission. I also draw from my previous experience working in the local church where I have launched and managed numerous ministries, events, and programs. I am passionate about helping people and organizations grow, thrive, and make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
