About Ivone Vera

I am a woman who declares herself a lover of education and the accompaniment of people, proudly Magellan, I value the cultural richness in work spaces, in social circles and in the highly diverse geography of each country. In the professional and training field, I have developed a dedicated path in promoting leadership and skills that favor a strategic direction in the workplace. That is why I have trained as a professional coach and master coaching skills, which has made it easier for me to comprehensively accompany different professionals to achieve their goals. As an educational advisor, I feel deeply grateful for the support provided in different educational communities, with a focus on strengthening school leaders. Due to all this experience and in collaboration with a highly trained team, I have formed HUMANIZA COACHING at the service of our clients, designing programs tailored to their needs; and FUNDACION EDUCACIONAL HUMANIZA to make Chilean education a better bet towards leadership and comprehensive training, with the seal and contribution of coaching. I have 15 years of experience in educational management teams, participating and generating instances of training, strategic planning, process monitoring, network articulation. In the development of my professional career, I have participated and promoted volunteer experiences in environments of social risk, accompanying communities of life at the service of society.
