About Ivy John

I am a total brand, design, and people development enthusiast, having studied a BBA in Brand Building Management at Vega and graduating Cum Laude, as well as achieving the Vega Bright Star Merit Award Winner for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Year. Through the Annual Vega Brand Challenge, I had previously worked on brands such as the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund and i-Pay (now known as Ozow). I later joined Ozow full-time as a Brand Content Coordinator and Multimedia Designer, after a successful execution of their rebrand (that was initially developed in my time at Vega). After 2 and half years in the fintech space, I then found myself as a Scrum Master at WinWin International (an awesome consultancy with a passion for upskilling, learning, and development), working with the team to develop a new and exciting L&D platform - I•WIN 2.0. Alongside my Scrum duties, I also had the pleasure of consulting as a Digital Project Manager, working for multiple brands such as BEES (AB InBev), JTI Ireland, Thungela (Anglo American), etc. Thanks to WinWin's incredible culture and hours, I am also using this time to upskill myself in a variety of fields such as 3D design and animation. This has now led me to my latest role and exciting new growth path at WinWin International - Multimedia Projects Lead - allowing me to serve my brands (as mentioned above) in a full-time capacity.
