About Ivy Johnson

I am a District Manager who is passionate about people and training them to be successful. I have more than 20 years of experience in attracting, training, developing and retaining excellent managers and associates. I have solved the dilemna of failing stores by being approachable, available and able to dig in, work hard and provide an understanding of the whys of where we need to be. My leadership skills and innate hunger to succeed as a District Sales Manager have helped me to meet the challenges presented to me: to rebuild multi-unit districts from the store teams up, develop new managers, control expenses through inventory management, drive sales, teach and ensure outstanding visual standards, win contests, build communication with home office. My experience as a training manager has included operational and new store openings for new store managers, new district manager and new regional managers.
