With over 8 years of work experience in the railway industry, I am a passionate and driven human capital manager who strives to optimize the talent acquisition and retention process. Currently, I manage the recruitment, placement, and on boarding of staff at PT Kereta Api Indonesia, the largest state-owned railway company in Indonesia. In this role, I use my negotiation skills to attract and secure qualified candidates, as well as to ensure a smooth and positive transition for new hires. Previously, I was the manager of human capital operation at PT Kereta Api Logistik, where I was responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting of human capital activities. I also have a strong background in personnel information systems, personnel administration, and forecasting, which I apply to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of human capital management. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with diverse and dynamic teams. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of the railway sector, and to create a positive and inclusive work environment for all.
