Professional Experiences Duties : Perform routine maintenance high voltage transformer incoming 20 KVA output of 380 VAC and power distribution panel, check the power consumption of each day, check the transformer temperature every day, check the cable connection by tool of infrared every day, every week cleaning distribution panel, check transformer oil viscosity every 6 months, and replacement of silicagel 6 months. And every 1 year overhaul do cleaning switch gear panel, check the connection bus bar and check the condition of switch gear. Perform maintenance AC motors, such as every 1-week check the motor temperature, turn the motor bearing grease every 1 month, and checking of vibration every 1 month Troubleshooting for any problem occur on the machine especially in electrical problem such as AC/DC drives include servo drives, Contactor, relay, Variable Frequency drive ( Rexroth Indramat DKR 02/DKR03, Danfoss series), PLC ( Allen Bradley SLC500 series, PLC5, & Control Logix Gidding & Lewis PIC900, Mitsubishi FX series & A series, Siemens S7200 series & S7300, Omron and computer control system). Execute Preventive and Predictive Maintenance as scheduled through using right tools and good workmanship quality Provide technical support for any problem/issue occur on the machine through: Maintain tools condition and its availability and keep they are well controlled Monitor machines condition/status in daily basis Implement LO/TO (Log out/Tag out) and PPE during working, preventive and predictive maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Achievement : Success on handling project electrical installation of Flexo and vegatronic machines in PT. Kati Kartika Murni Cikarang West java
