About Iwo Gwardecki

I am currently a SC Commercial Lead in Engineering and Construction Projects at Shell, where I analyze contracts, negotate deals and overlook procurement processes. Prior to this, I was a Junior Consultant at Paczuski Taudul Tax Advisors in Katowice, providing tax advisory on real estate tax and Corporate Income Tax. I also gained valuable experience as an intern at Gessel, Koziorowski Kancelaria Radców Prawnych i Adwokatów sp.p in Warsaw, the Regional Court in Tychy, and Kancelaria Prawna Piotra Jeżółkowskiego w Warszawie, where I drafted various legal documents, conducted research, and provided administrative support. Earlier, I served as an Office Assistant at Strażeccy, Jaliński i Wspólnicy Spółka Komandytowo-Akcyjna Adwokatów, Radców Prawnych i Doradców w Katowicach, handling a range of responsibilities from translation of letters and correspondence to preparation of supporting notes for lawyers on relevant cases.
