I would consider myself a versatile, dedicated and highly motivated sales leader with extensive experience in high volume functions across several sectors. I combine a very strong understanding of end-to-end processes with a passion for providing the highest levels of service, often going the extra mile to ensure customer needs are met while simultaneously achieving organisational outcomes. I love switching on light bulbs with people – facilitating those ‘aha moments’ that change mindsets and open up new possibilities. My passion is all about helping my team figure out where they are, where they want to be, and then helping them get there - all while driving a high performing culture. In my current organisation I’m known for my energy and commitment to my staff which has led to a documented high performance staff engagement across a challenging geographical spread. When not at work, you will find me spending time with my family on the beautiful beaches of the Gold Coast or watching my beloved Liverpool chase glory in the EPL.
