About Me I’m Izzy Stapleton—Brazilian-born, U.S-based entrepreneur and transformational leader. My journey began in Rio and took shape in the U.S. through grit, resilience, and a passion for helping others. I spent 11 years as a nurse in emergency medicine before shifting into leadership and entrepreneurship during the pandemic. Since then, I’ve built businesses that focus on process, people, and impact. Sonora BPO Born out of industry need, Sonora helps companies scale smarter with high-quality, cost-effective staffing solutions. This endevour will be launching to the world soon! I lead with heart and strategy—building growth-minded teams, creating structure, and driving meaningful change. Outside of work, you’ll find me at the beach with the sun on my face, at the court playing pickleball, or chasing my next adventure. I’m married to my favorite business partner (yes, really!) and wouldn’t have it any other way.
