About Izabela Graczyk

I hold a Master’s degree in Law and am passionate about providing legal services within a commercial setting with a particular focus on Commercial Dispute Resolution. I have over five years of experience in successfully developing and managing business through the introduction of significant changes to its structures and principles. In this duration, I recognised the importance of combining businesses’ financial goals with effective human interaction. My passion for communication was also developed through the knowledge of languages – I am a qualified translator and interpreter for Polish, Spanish and English languages. In my enriching experiences as a translator, I have learnt that a successful communication does not necessarily entail speaking another language; instead, it is more important to appreciate and comprehend each other’s diverse perceptions based on our cultural background. I believe that every business emerges from passion which then transforms into vision. This is when we must start to communicate effectively, so as to turn vision into reality.
