About Izabela Vujovic

Ever since I was a child, I have always been fascinated with science and the human body. This fascination led me to work on my degree in Nursing at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Nursing. During school I have been able to shadow amazing medical professionals and learn a lot about Nursing as a whole. I have gained a lot of valuable insight in the Nursing profession and have been able to continue to practice my Nursing skills on real life patients and in the simulation lab. While going to school, I have decided to work at Home Depot. Although Home Depot is not involved in the medical field, it has taught me a lot of skills that are important to use in the Nursing field. I have been able to interact with different people of different views and backgrounds every day. On a day to day basis, my ability to pay attention to detail has been strengthened as this is something done every day while at work. I am eager and committed to learn and grow inside and out of my profession. I look forward to finishing school and applying my knowledge and skills to impact many patients in the Nursing field and beyond. I look forward to meeting new professionals in my field.
