Ever since I took apart the family computer at the age of nine—just to see how all the pieces clicked together—I’ve been hooked on technology. That early curiosity grew into a lifelong passion for building, fixing and optimising anything that runs on code or silicon. Today I’m a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Inflight Dublin with 6 plus years of experience, where I lead the architecture and delivery of high-impact products such as a Next.js/NestJS microsite platform on AWS. I enjoy moving fluidly between front-end polish and back-end robustness: refactoring a Python-based DRM pipeline to cut video-processing times by 10 %, integrating Elasticsearch for lightning-fast search, or crafting CI/CD workflows that let features ship safely on the first push. I’m equally motivated by people. I mentor junior and mid-level engineers through pair programming and code reviews, write living documentation and run the occasional internal workshop—because great software is as much about nurturing teams as it is about flawless commits. Away from the keyboard you’ll still find me tinkering: rebuilding vintage PCs, exploring new languages like Python and Go, or sketching out ideas for the next side-project. In short, I’ve been tearing things down and putting them back together for two decades—and I still wake up excited to do it all over again, this time at scale and in the cloud.
