With over a decade of experience building data-driven, AI-integrated systems, I focus on enabling organizations to drive measurable business outcomes through tailored employee growth experiences.My work centers on leveraging generative AI, custom LLM workflows, and proprietary datasets to build smart, secure, and scalable solutions. We’re pioneering how AI copilots and autonomous tools can be embedded into talent development processes, making professional growth faster, more accurate, and more aligned with company goals.I’m passionate about AI adoption strategy, building responsible and privacy-focused AI infrastructure, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver real business value through intelligent systems.Previously, I led teams at Zimperium (mobile security) and Hibob (HR tech), where I helped reshape user experience and core architecture. Technically fluent in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and MongoDB, I’m focused on blending practical engineering with long-term vision, especially around AI integration, internal tooling, and enterprise-readiness.I believe that the next generation of work will be co-created by people and intelligent systems, and I’m here to build it.
