Data and technology consultant, public speaker, educator, content creator, dancer and storyteller, specialising in closing the gap between data & AI and people. As a Manager at Kubrick Group, the specialist data & AI consultancy, I lead delivery of Data Management projects to achieve client outcomes, focusing on Collibra, automation of Data Stewardship with ML/AI, and product management. My public speaking topics range from mindset practices for professional success, to data & AI adoption, to foundations of communication skills, to diversity in the tech field. I co-lead the rollout of Women in Data®, home to the world's largest female data event, in the US, and co-run our community events. As someone who has overcome barriers to conventionally 'fitting in' to the data industry, I love to empower others to celebrate their difference, build confidence, value themselves and pursue their dreams - just like I have learned to do myself.
