About Izzy Chew

I seek to capture the human condition in the spaces we craft. I believe architecture has the power to shape our ideas for a just world into a reality, and this profession is a continuous progression to hone the energy of our environments with care. Design brings me closer to an understanding of our desire for connection across time and generations; it is my passion to study and share a design for people to discover their own passions. My name is Izzy Chew and I am a creative. I am a boundless designer looking for an opportunity to collaborate with similar visionaries to create a world of equitable realities and active participation in the human condition. I am on track to graduate with an accredited Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in Interior Architecture and Creative Writing in the Spring of 2025. I aspire to pursue a career in the commercial sector of architecture, focusing on K-12 and Higher Education projects with an emphasis on sustainable energy systems, and integration of passive strategies. I'd like to explore my interest in multi-family housing and community gathering more through trauma-informed design and biophilic healing.
