Who I Am Communications Professional I am a recent college graduate with a diverse background in communications and customer-facing roles. Empathy and kindness are two things that come first, no matter the role I take on, and have a strong positive impact on how I interact with both coworkers and customers. With this foundation, I employ efficient problem solving and maintain reliability throughout stressful situations. My professional and creative experiences have me constantly learning new skills — technological, interpersonal, and others — and I apply this passion for continuous growth and education to do good in the world, whether it’s in the music and arts world or the nonprofit sector.
