Recent history: Completed a LEED Gold 19 Story Mixed Use Office/Hotel/Retail Building; LEED (Pending) 326 Room, 2 Pool, 2 Restaurant w/ 4 Bar 12 Story Hotel & 353 stall Parking Garage (Anaheim,CA), LEED Platinum 20 story office bldg; LEED Platinum historic/seismic Office Building with a 120 KW PV solar sys. Completed (13)$3 million showroom & service facilities in 2 years (PDX & Central, CA). Completed a 3rd LEED Platinum $170 million 4 block proj; 657 apartments +1200 stall UG garage, with onsite water treatment. Completed LEED Gold 9 story office building w/ 3 levels of UG parking. Substantially Completed: 37 story mixed use retail / office / hotel / meeting facility / condo tower in PDX with a great team. Opening October 2023. Thank God!
