Program Coordinator with 10+ years experience. Researcher/Developer/Manager of programs and people. Most of my work at Edgewood happens at the intersections of outreach, diversity and inclusion, science and admissions. Currently serving as the Chairperson of the LGBTQ+ Advisory Committee and the Vice-Moderator of the Edgewood College Staff Association. Soft Skills: 1. Proven ability to network and grow programs from year to year (in 2022, I've grown our summer programming by 20%, and in 30 days of active enrollment/promotion, the camps are nearly 50% full). Continue to build new partnerships with stakeholders across WI (I am currently developing a new partnership with a large insurance entity in our area to expand work & programs for our LGBTQIA+ community members at Edgewood) 3. Exemplifies strong leadership skills, soon to be moving into the highest Staff Association elected leadership role (Moderator) in June, after serving as Vice Moderator for the past 12 months. Public speaking is my Jam - Myself and 1 colleague presented a professional development opportunity for the entire college in October of 21 on the topic of the changing needs of our Transgender and Nonbinary students/staff/faculty. It was so popular, we presented it again 2 weeks later. Our President deemed it so relevant, we were then asked to present it again, as a mandatory PD training, in January of 2022. Ongoing personal professional development of technology skills, web development skills and marketing skills to keep pace with 2022's demanding needs. Flexibility!
