About J. E. Henry

An experienced CEO and entrepreneur who has 40+ years experience in the Information Technology arena having worked my way through the IT maze from computer operator to CEO. I was fortunate to have been exposed and/or have worked with and for some incredibly smart and creative people. First and foremost, I learned that the world is about relationships and that is what drives everything. Second, you must love and have a passion for whatever you are doing. Whether it's work or play you should always give 100%! Additionally, people make things happen and the ability to manage and foster people can take you and/or your organization to greater success. I also learned that personal and professional goals can be the drivers to enhanced success. A few other key things I have learned (and this is not hokey): 1. The customer is not always right but the customer is the customer 2. It takes money to make money 3. You have to pay to play 4. Integrity and doing the "right thing" is at the core of everything we do 5. Broad shoulders and thick skin are required if you are a leader 6. Nothing comes easy.but if you work hard, meet the right people and have some luck you can achieve just about anything 7. Dealing with difficult people requires tremendous patience 8. The ability to collaborate is paramount
