About J. Hedhli

I have more than 12 years of progressively increasing levels of responsibility with the African Development Bank in project development, portfolio management and quality control throughout project cycle activities. I possess an impressive record of contributing to improve portfolio performance, supporting initiation of key project cycle activities, budgeting and programming activities, developing results-based measurement framework, improving M&E systems and communicating on results and impact. Currently in my position as Country Program Officer in Benin, I manage a portfolio of approximative over USD 900 million, I develop tools and processes throughout the operation cycle and work closely with Project teams owards improving quality performance of the Bank’s Sovereign Operations and Non-Sovereign Operations with a continuous monitoring of portfolio quality at entry, during supervision and exit and communicating on results and impacts. Also I support the project implementation units to develop and improve the quality and tracking system and enhance stakeholders capacities through workshop and learning events. Before joining the Bank I worked as a Quality Assurance and Programme Officer managing a large portfolio for different sectors of activities, designing M&E Search Engine Optimization (SEO) systems, implementing and monitoring SEO campaigns and developing results reporting tools. Country Experience: Senegal, Niger, Liberia, Mali, Cabo Verde, Benin, Gambia, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Zambia, Kenya, Tanzania, Tunisia.
