I believe in first-class customer service that emphasizes the individual that I am serving. I achieve that not just by recognizing the issue that is brought to me, but by tailoring my approach with person's specific demeanor and even city or region in mind. I believe that my travels throughout America have truly shaped who I am as individual, and have fostered a unique approach that allows me not just to solve a technically-based challenge, but to genuinely connect to the individual with the issue. I feel that this approach is successful not just because I can solve a tech support call, but because it makes the caller feel valued as an consumer, a client and an individual, not just an issue to be addressed. At this point in my career, I am seeking a management role that will allow me to share what I have learned and will help me to develop another individual's unique voice in a customer care role.
