MY PHILOSOPHY I currently cover NJ, NY, and Philadelphia. Beginning as a commission-only salesperson, eventually we grew and and prospered in a difficult competitive medical marketplace. Surgicon is a distributor of a number of different products. My background began in Pharmaceuticals for Pfizer but developed a career selling for niche medical companies with new ideas. My background is has been both sales and business development. IMPORTANCE My background is involved with working for companies that require one to be a very flexible multitasker. It helps also to think like an entrepreneur for any company. The skills I’ve developed from interesting enterprises I have worked for is to take responsibility for what needs to be done, work a little harder, marketing skills, and the ability to target potential customers with precision so time isn’t wasted with unlikely prospects. My sales skills are strong but my business skills are just as strong. I put a lot of time in targeting prospects by gathering information and developing tactics and strategy with the belief that everyone deserves the chance to reach their full potential, even when they need some guidance along their journey. I believe that if you have a good product, a good work ethic, enthusiasm, and sincerity you can not fail in medical sales.
