Our goal is to deliver quality staffing solutions for administrative, clerical and light industrial workforce needs. As America’s largest industrial staffing firm, EmployBridge and its specialty divisions serve the supply chain and service industries – combining the advantages of national scale, industry-specific expertise, and in-depth market knowledge. The Cedar Rapids, Iowa City and Waterloo branches have been in business for over twenty years. I manage the operation teams in three branch locations and three client on-site locations. Our goal is to provide and maintain a high level of user satisfaction through the services offered; which include temporary staffing, temp-to-hire positions, and direct hire candidates. Personally, I have over twenty-five years of HR experience. Fourteen years were in company settings and eleven years have been in the staffing industry. Areas of expertize include: Labor Relations, Intra Company Communication, Safety Training (Previously held OSHA Qualified Trainer Card), Organizational and Employee Development, certified as ISO 9001 auditor and Lean Manufacturing. In addition, I have a broad background in sales and marketing with tangibles and intangibles.
