At the structural analysis department of Stressfield, I work as FE analyst as a part of a team of enthusiastic engineering professionals. We assist our customers in their product development by means of FEA. The main emphasis has been on welded metal and aluminum structures, but also highly nonlinear analyses of plastic structures have been included in the scope. I speak the same language with anyone who is familiar with pressure vessel analysis, static and fatigue analysis of welded structures, explicit dynamic transient or frequency response analysis, etc. Knowledge of the standards of the field plays an important role in my work, as well as skills at present-day FEA software like Femap, NX Nastran and LS-Dyna.
