About Jaana Bithell

Jaana is a highly passionate and detailed designer who understands the true value of design as a tool of communication. She is a born organiser and problem solver who places a strong emphasis on deriving an acute understanding of client and site to inform her design thinking. She believes in an honest approach to materiality and form to create long-lasting design solutions — from conception through to delivery. Well versed in ensuring a clear interface between architecture and interior, Jaana has a large amount of experience on site allowing her to provide real insight into all the projects she works on. Jaana has a strong technical knowledge which she willingly shares, driving systems and processes to streamline project delivery and communication across the studio. In 2019, Jaana was awarded the NAWIC SA/NT Contribution to Design Award, recognising her continued efforts in delivering award winning projects. Outside of the design realm, Jaana is an aspiring yogi, and avid freediver, travelling both locally and abroad to further her own dive practice.
