About Jaana Siitari

About my experience I bring a strong experience in digitalization and ICT development, having held diverse roles in both the corporate world (Nokia, Capgemini, Sonera) and public administration (Kuntaliitto, Tiera). My career is marked by significant achievements and impactful contributions. Currently, I serve as an ICT service manager / Customer Success Manager at Tiera, where I returned after a 9-month interim position at Kuntaliitto (The Association of Finnish Cities and Municipalities). My responsibilities at Kuntaliitto included senior advisory and development tasks in IT management and digitalization, with a particular focus on enterprise architecture. My previous tenure at Tiera, from 2011 to 2024, saw the company evolve from a startup to a significant national ICT and digital solutions provider. My roles included services architecture and solution development (e.g. integration platform), service and supplier management, sales and customer account management. My strengths are: • Versatile industry knowledge and experience. • Enterprise architecture methodology and implementation skills in practice. • Good collaboration skills.
