I am a marketing and communication leader with over 25 years of experience in B2B and B2C sectors, both internationally and locally. I have a MBA degree with a focus on marketing, and multiple certifications in digital marketing, AI, and coaching. I am proficient in English, Swedish, and German, and have strong communication and collaboration skills. My passion and expertise lie in omni-channel marketing, brand building, and creating customer value. I have led teams, budgets, and projects across various stakeholders and channels, driving change and innovation. Most recent years in various roles at IKEA: Interim Integrated media leader optimizing market spend in Sweden, Sr. Project Leader ensuring the smooth hand-over of coaching responsibilities, allocated resources, and optimized product communication, and as MarCom leader when I led the global marketing and communication direction for IKEA Home smart system, shifting the focus from "tech" to everyday moments and customer experience of smart homes. Before then, I worked in various Marketing Mgr roles, ensuring Customer Experience, moving brand positions and driving Sales. I enjoy leading, developing, and working in teams, and I am always eager to learn and grow.
