I am an enthusiastic, creative and supportive leader. Using my conceptual and analytical thinking skills combined with strong stakeholder management, I deliver results together with the teams I work with across the organisation. I enjoy performing thorough problem analyses and designing operating models to solve complex consulting assignments. My assignments as a consultant have mostly been linked to strategy translation and implementation. I am commercially strong as I combine consultative selling with active listening. This is also the basis for my strong people management skills that ensure alignment is reached within teams and businesses. I am continuously looking for improvement points for myself: I am reflective, self-critical, objective and approachable.
