Background

About Jaap Holweg

I am a passionate, engaged, pragmatic and hands-on executive that combines people, processes & systems aspects to improve business. With my enterpreneurial background, I foster a people-first mentality and combine that with a quest for efficiency / value-for-money, while reaching agreed goals. I have a broad experience in ERP, CRM, PLM, as well as project- and software delivery processes, which ensures that I am able to quickly analyze complex challenges, respecting the many different viewpoints of diverse stakeholders, while maintaining the goal to leverage synergies. I develop vision and strategy and turn that into action plans. I make sure that information and knowledge management strategies align with corporate goals. I integrate companies' IT systems and processes following acquisitions, and act as a sparring partner for other executives to ensure continuous alignment and further development of business as well as personalities - including my own. I am married and have 2 daughters. In my spare time, I like to play judo (I also act as a sparring partner for visually impaired judo players), fly small planes (as a private pilot), read books and travel. I am socially engaged, doing volunteering work for a hockey association and being a parttime foster parent of 3 girls.
