Founder of Jac Phillips Executive & Leadership Coaching, I recently stepped away from a 25 year corporate marketing and comms career to become the best boss I ever had. I now have what is commonly referred to as a "Portfolio Career" which really means."she loves variety and works with lots of different people (no wankers) doing lots of different things"- Non Executive Director - Advisory Services; marketing, culture and leadership, tech, banking and finance - Executive Coach - Speaker and Writer I am passionate about two things: 1. Leadership - I coach ‘Rockstars’ every day to become better, more impactful leaders who make the world (and those in it) more joyful. Marketing - it’s my jam! As a long time marketing leader I elevate the customer experience and personally amplify the company brands I represent. Along with Executive coaching, I also offer marketing advisory services to leaders across fintech, banking, wealth management, retail, tech and FMCG. With many years marketing and communications expertise in both traditional and online environments, I love the industry that has looked after me so well for more than 25 years and I now publicly speak on, write about and generally support businesses when it comes to amplifying the future of brand and marketing. And I’ve never met a microphone I didn’t like -) With a passion for conducting business across Asia Pacific, along with improving diversity and creating an inclusive workforce - I coach on all these areas and I also advise on them. With extensive international experience across payments, wealth management, banking, technology, FMCG and retail industries, I have consistently led highly effective teams who identify creative marketing solutions, formulate and implement successful projects in a global environment.
