About Jacalyn McCarthy

I have completed apprenticeship hours, sat for 3 different certification and licensing exams, and am proud to be a Certified and Licensed Orthotic Fitter in the state of Pennsylvania and a certified Prosthetist and Orthotist’s Assistant. As well as completing these professional goals, I have also completed my Bachelor of Science in Health Administration at Rutgers University in December 2021 after being a full-time student since 2015. While my education path has been long and full of plenty of twists and turns, it has only made me stronger. As I was finishing my degree, the practice administrator position at my company became available and I was able to jump in with both feet. I have been Practice Administrator since November of 2020 and have facilitated the change between EHR and billing clearinghouse systems, organized new administrative structures, and managed all documentation, billing, collections, HR, and other department skills.
