About Jacara Davis

Of the 2020 graduating class of DePaul liberal arts majors, I learned quickly that I was carrying transferrable skills from my degree which I could apply to any future career. My urgency to learn and develop is a universally coveted attitude that I choose to apply to the technical field, as it is a mindset that is required to work in it and happens to currently be my field of interest. I meanwhile upskill myself in data analysis courses and began pursuing a medical billing and coding license. Nonprofit and government are my preferred work - but I can just as readily create an alliance with a for-profit business for the betterment of people, their financial security, and their literacy. A company's culture should always drive me to become a better holistic individual and should advocate for my value as a human being is what I believe. People are the fabric of our society, and their mindsets are the stitches. I desire educational funding and mental health support in my employment benefits packages. I am enthusiastic about apprenticeships, internships, and entry-level positions that promise full-time hours, deliver competitive salaries, and honor employees with job retention. In exchange, I deliver interdepartmental understanding, great attention to detail, project management skills, problem-solving capabilities, and proactive leadership to whatever position I acquire. My experiences and skills build upon the next so that I can brace anything I am given. I am not afraid to ask questions or admit when I don't know something. That honest trait of mine leads me to answers and solutions faster than pretending otherwise and allows me to accurately measure my abilities in order to appropriately prepare for the next task. Methodical and understanding, my personality is an asset to any company.
