I started in healthcare as a CNA, progressed as a Respiratory Therapy, and then decided I wanted more and became a Registered Nurse. I started as in the ER as a new grad. Grew into leadership responsibilities and became a House Supervisor for two facilities in HCA. I continued to develop a love and passion for helping healthcare providers find balance and gratitude while providing some of the hardest and most emotionally taxing care to our communities.
