About Jace Hider

Welcome to my Real Estate page. My name is Jace Hider and I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker in California since 2001, but my roots in the Real Estate industry started long before that. My father has been a Real Estate Broker for approximately 30 years, and my aunt has been a Real Estate agent for nearly 40 years, so as you can see, Real Estate is in the blood. I am a Los Gatos native, born and raised in Los Gatos. I went to High School at Archbishop Mitty High in San Jose before playing college football and earning my BS in Marketing at the University of Nevada, Reno (the Silver and Blue, not the Red). While growing up, and before cell phones became affordable for all, I would help my father with his business. From answering phones, passing out flyers, labeling envelopes and postcard, and even setting up open houses. I was ready to go when I graduated college and there was never a doubt in my mind that, if I wasn't in the NFL, I would be a Real Estate Broker. I pride myself and my business on a few basic things. 1) I will work hard for my client, whether buying or selling, I will do my best to make the process smooth while negotiating the best price while protecting you legally. 2)I will communicate as much as possible so that you will know what is going on. 3) In any free time I will proactively, rather then passively, look for buyers and sellers to connect with my clients as buyers and sellers.
