About Jace Whitehead

These past three years I've had the absolute pleasure of building a company with my best friend. It has taken us to places we would have never imagined, but it didn't come without its complications. Throughout this process I learned running a company with five other guys is a monumental task. From our original company falling out, to the creation of Goose Promotions, there is a couple underlying themes I have learned along the way: 1.) Put yourself out there. It's actually amazing what we can accomplish when we simply get out of our comfort zone. 2.) Decide how much you are willing to sacrifice. Valuing friendship and camaraderie through tough business decisions is the reason Jacob, and I are still successful to this day. 3.) Hold yourself to a higher standard. Integrity goes a long way in business, choosing integrity in everything you do will lead you to never fail. 4.) Put your customers first. Goose Promotions is a successful company because of the community we have built around us. Take care of your people first. 5.) Transparency is key. The foundation of our company was built from a lack of transparency in the market. Transparency builds trust in business. Life is short. Do what you've always dreamt of doing. Go on that trip. Ask that girl out. Take that class you've been holding off. Change your career path. Immerse yourself in nature. Get out of your comfort zone. Life is short.
