About Jacee Rivera

Currently a senior student pursuing a Bachelors of Science degree in Health Education with a specialization in Community Health Promotions at the University of Florida. I am motivated about being able to make a difference in the lives of those in my community by promoting healthy behaviors to positively impact the wellness of the public. I am currently seeking an internship in Health Education to gain hands-on experience in my career field. Through my coursework, I have gaining a strong foundation in health promotion, community, and public health topics. In addition, these courses have assisted me in the growth of my healthcare professional skills to effectively develop health education an promotion programs tailored to diverse populations. Through my involvement with Eta Sigma Gamma and GRMR, I have provided my services to improve my community in many ways as I am passionate about promoting a healthier community. My customer service experience working as a Technology consultant at UF Academic Technology labs and a Server/Host at Sunrise Restaurant has allowed me to grow my communication and leadership skills interacting with those directly within my communities.
