About myself I am a highly skilled and passionate Instructional Designer with 20+ years in the Learning and Development industry. I have an enormous range of experience including Learning and Development Management, Curriculum Design, Course Management, Instructional Design and building education strategies for a range of organisations and educational institutions. My goal has always been to design and deliver the best possible educational outcomes to support organisational objectives and to grow and develop people by building an enthusiastic learning culture throughout the organisation. My guiding principle My guiding principle is to empower people and organisations to realise their goals. I believe everyone has the capacity to be successful and that education plays a key role in bringing this to life. I am guided by the fact that we never stop learning and growing as people and this is especially true in the workplace. With this as my guide my focus is on empowering organisations and people to learn and grow by delivering exceptional learning strategy, objectives and learning programs that are targeted to meet the needs of the organisation. Career aspirations I am currently seeking a role as an Instructional Designer that will offer the opportunity for me to learn and grow as a Learning and Development professional and where I can inspire others to achieve their goals through education. I am also aspiring to a role that will enable me to use my wealth of skills and experience to make a lasting positive impact on an organisation and the people.
