I’d started my career with Information Management at the JFTC in 2011. Since that time I was personally responsible for the development of an institutional level IM programme that was tailored to the organization's business processes. This was more than a change, it was the creation of a programme and supporting systems from the ground up. It included the following activities- development of IM policy- creation, customization and implementation of two IM portals (SharePoint 2010) with electronic forms workflows- planning, integration, testing and acceptance of two NATO portals (Document Handling System [DHS]) and Tasker Tracker Enterprise- initial and sustainment training for users, content managers and functional administrators- development and deployment of a NATO Unclassified based information portal based upon joomla- defining and improving business processes and information flows- Public Access Network implementation, data migration and user training. I successfully accomplished Communications and Information Services (CIS) courses at the NATO CIS School, at the NATO School Oberammergau and at the United States Naval Postgraduate School in the following domains: Information & Knowledge Management (IKM), Network Security and Information Security (INFOSEC). I am a certified ITIL at the foundation level and I am also a certified PRINCE2 practitioner. Additionally, I posess specialized knowledge in SharePoint used as a Functional Administrator of currently utilised by NATO SP portals, such as NIP, EDMS and TT+. Since August 2017, I’d been working as the coordination officer of Training and Exercise Division in NATO Joint Operational Command in Naples, Italy. In addition, I performed duties of the Information and Knowledge Management Support Officer of the division. In AUG 2021 I assumed duties of the Information and Knowledge Management & Central Registry Branch Head in Joint Force Training Centre, Bydgoszcz, Poland. I am responsible for all aspects of institutional IKM at JFTC, including innovations, implementation of new portals, improvement of business processes, IKM portals functional administration, designing electronic workflows, drafting policies, etc.
