For over a decade, I have been developing my career in technology and IT project management, starting as an SQL/PLSQL developer and later taking on the role of Team Lead. Currently, as a Delivery Lead, I combine my technical background with experience in leading teams and delivering complex solutions for clients, primarily in the financial sector. My priority is to deliver value through effective project management, building engaged teams, and optimizing processes. I believe that success in IT is the result of harmony between people, processes, and technology. On a daily basis: I support teams in delivering high-quality technological solutions. I ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. I focus on building a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
