I am experienced IT Delivery Manager. I started my professional career in 1992 as a programmer in the biggest tire producer in Poland. Since 1992 I have been working in various positions and all the time as an IT professional. In 2004 through outsourcing take-over I became an IBM employee and since that time I have been managing complex outsourcing programs as Delivery Project Executive (i.e. Delivery Director) for global companies like Michelin, Deutsche Bank and MetLife. I am currently working as Global Delivery Project Executive for MetLife account in IBM. I own the multi-million $ account with 300+ headcounts spread over EMEA and APAC. I am responsible for all the aspects of delivery and P&L management. I am a holder of key industry certifications: I am an ITIL Expert and holder of PMP certificate. I am also a holder of two internal IBM certifications: Senior Project Manager and Senior Delivery Project Manager. I have excellent understanding of IT Service Management and Project Management. I obtained industry standards certifications : ITIL Expert and PMP. I have vast experience in all the practical aspects of Incident, Problem, Change SLA, DR and other Service Management process in the commercial environment. I am the strong leader with ability to work under the stress and in multi-stakeholder environment. I make my team to work according to the highest standards expected by top companies like IBM, Michelin, Deutsche Bank and MetLife. I lead my team by example building strong relationship and promoting people growth and supporting their carrier paths development. I am team player. I focus on delivery of goals. I promote strength of the team by recognizing the team variety. I prefer pro-active attitude understanding importance of post-mortem techniques and methods. I am very experienced in working in multicultural commercial environment.
