About Jaceline Chan

As a Business Analyst Intern at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA), I work with the IT team to analyze user requirements, create user stories, and design mockups and prototypes for various projects. I apply my knowledge and skills in Information Systems, which I am pursuing as a bachelor's degree at Universitas Tarumanagara, to solve business problems and improve user experience. Even though I have to postpone my studies on my second semester to support my family by working at 2 Former Offices I mentioned below, I tried to catch up what I missed for the 1,5 years. I try to be actively contributing on my studies and all I can do to help my Lecturer. I experienced being a Research Assistant Lecturer and an External Accreditation Officer at Universitas Tarumanagara, where I supported the Faculty Leaders and my Lecturer in various tasks such as editing books, designing and developing websites and chatbots, preparing documents for accreditation, and joining Campus Social Responsibility Project. I have won the second place in the Kompetisi Bisnis Berbasis Teknologi 2021 Competition, where I learned a lot about start-up business. I have music, photography, travel and cooking as a hobby.
