I have developed strong vendor management, supply, plan on delivery of supplies, communications skills with all levels. At Alcon, i manage safety stock and reorder point levels to ensure timely supply of critical materials for customer projects and operation requirements to ensure continuous operations without stock out/disruptions. i also work with suppliers/vendors on competitive cost savings. Apart from that i also raise purchase requisite, track orders and ensure prompt delivery. Analyse total expenditure and negotiate with suppliers and work with finance team on the departmental budget. Review the status of contracted activities and fulfilment of contracts together with end users. Monitor contracts with vendors to ensure all requirements are meet. I am able to work independently and able to work well with diverse groups across all levels in the organization.
