About Jacey Crayton

Jacey Crayton graduated with a Bachelor's of Music Performance from West Virginia University in May, 2022. Throughout her education, Jacey served in several leadership and administrative positions that have helped contribute to her personal success and the success of team members. Her most notable roles include serving as social media manager for Aether Flute Quartet, founded in 2019. Her experience included implementing marketing strategies, organizing funds, editing video and audio recordings, researching public relations, branding, and social platform building and content creation, as well as crowdfunding campaigns. As a result of her work in this role, Aether placed in several regional and national chamber music competitions, including the 2020 Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition, the 2020 WVU Chamber Music Competition, and the 2021 Flute Society of Kentucky Chamber Music Competition. Additionally, Jacey has experience as a teaching assistant, offering homework assistance and office hours to 100 students without supervision. Jacey also has 7+ years of customer service and retail experience, which includes the training of new employees, greeting customers, resolving customer complaints, quickly and accurately preparing food orders, and maintaining a clean and stocked work environment. In her current role as Patient Service Specialist, Jacey is responsible for verifying insurance benefits, communicating effectively with insurance companies to obtain authorizations, scheduling patient appointments, managing patient and medical records, collecting copayments, and reconciling daily reports. Currently, Jacey attends Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow, OK and is in the process of obtaining her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
