About Jaci Ampulski

With a degree in Biology, Jaci Ampulski has been interested in the environment and sustainability her whole life. Now heading Big Cricket Solutions LLC helping farmers grow their farms, she's able to lend her talents to the microlivestock industry working toward solutions to our global need for alternative protein sources and other sustainable options for food, feed, and fertilizer. Jaci's been a consultant since 2011 working in a delightful variety of fields from healthcare software to dogs to acrobatics to farming. A former Epic employee, Jaci has spent many years working in software on dispute resolution, quality assurance, usability, analytics, technical support, network administration and project management. Jaci and her team also had an extensive impact on the insect agriculture industry as she directed operations for Big Cricket Farms LLC which she co-founded in 2014. Further, a former florist, professional dog-trainer, usability and design expert, aerialst, acrobat, real estate investor and property manager, Jaci is truly a Jack-of-all-Trades.
